Responsibilities from current By-laws

            BYLAWS

      The Bylaws Committee shall be responsible for working with the Executive Director to:

a.     Recommend appropriate changes and amendments in the Bylaws to the Board of Directors for their

      consideration and recommendation for action by the general membership, if approved.

b.  Publish the proposed amendments for action by the general membership.

c.  Report the action--approved or disapproved--by the general membership in the News Bulletin.

d.  Maintain files of official dated copies of the amended and restated Bylaws in the RTAC office.
