Rosalie Fruchter Rosalie Fruchter retired from the Dixon Elementary in 2002, where she served as a Reading Resource Teacher, for which she was acknowledged for her leadership roles. Immediately thereafter, she joined RTAC as a lifetime member. Ms. Fruchter has devoted the intervening years to a variety of community-based educational and religious organizations. She supports RTAC's mission to protect the economic well-being of retired CPS educators and has indicated her willingness to sustain it. She has committed herself to fulfilling RTAC's mission.
