Following the completion of her career as an innovative ESL teacher, Elaine was introduced to RTAC and its mission to ensure the economic security of retired CPS educators. She joined RTAC in 1999 and has attended every luncheon/business meeting since that time. She committed to becoming active in the organization when she was protected by RTAC's role in the favorable settlement of the Pay Period 13 Case. She has served as an RTAC Director and became active in the Social Committee where she enjoys providing many supportive services and community outreach. She is also in her second year as a member of CRTAF.
