Maria Fresse-Giffels joined RTAC in 2016 following her retirement as an educator in a variety of school-based positions as well as the Office of Language and Cultural Education. She became an RTAC Director in 2019. She currently serves on the Bylaws Committee which was instrumental in updating our organization's Bylaws to conform to changes in its operation, such as conducting our meetings via Zoom.
