First Vice President 

Following her 2006 retirement, Rita M. Naughton joined RTAC. She has been actively involved at RTAC since she became a Director in 2009 and began serving on the Finance and Social Committees, where she continues to the present time. She has served several terms as Social Committee chair and continues to monitor the health of our organization's investments as a member of the Finance Committee. She has also served on the CRTAF Board and works with our grantees. She began serving as First Vice President in the biennium 2024-2005 and would like to continue in that role in 2026-2027. In addition, Rita has also served multiple times as chairperson of the RTAC Nominating Committee.
