Jesse Spalding School

Morgan Park High School Alumni Association Reunion
The 2020 Morgan Park High School alumni association (MPHSAA) Picnic will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at Green Lake Woods (Calumet City, IL)

Faculty and Staff of Jenner Elementary School
There was a reunion luncheon gathering of Teachers who were on the staff of the Jenner Elementary School during the years 1959-67. The reunion featured a presentation by Dr. Roger Prosise who was a student at Jenner and lived in the Row Houses during 1960-67. Dr. Prosise rose to prominence as a Superintendent of the Bannockburn School System and as an author.
The reunionwas held on Saturday, September 8, 2018, 12:00 PM. In the Party Room of the Condominium located at 8400 Callie Ave. Morton Grove, Il. Spouses and/or guests were cordially invited.

The Bogan High School Class of 1972 40th Reunion was held on Saturday August 25th 2012 at 5:30 pm until Midnight At Hilton Garden Inn Chicago O'Hare Airport Hotel 2930 South River Road Des Plaines, Illinois Friday night free Hospitality suite w/food and drinks, and on Sat. The music of MIDNIGHT! The CLASS OF 72 was looking to find their FAVORITE TEACHERS.
Wendell Phillips High School All School Reunion
July 27-29, 2012
The Wendell Phillips Class of 1967 sponsored an All School Reunion the weekend of July 27-29, 2012.
The reunion was held in Brozeville on the campus of IIT. It started with a concert on Friday night, July 27, with a performance by the "Divas of Bronzeville". Saturday night, July 28, featured a banquet on the IIT campus. It ended on Sunday, July 29, with a picnic in the Dan Ryan Forest Preserve.

The Reunion
Committee is looking for volunteers to organize small
group activities which might include a Sunday picnic, a
golf tournament, Navy Pier Crawl, Chicago River
architectural cruise, a trip to the Art Institute or a
White Sox game. Of course,
the ever popular Morgan Park High School tour is on the
agenda and grammar school get-togethers will need to be
planned by those groups, too.
Which of these interest you the most? Please let us know – especially if you would like to organize one of these small group events.

Chicago Teachers College Welcome Home Reunion
Was held: Thursday August 18, 2011 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Welcome Home is a grand reunion/homecoming for all graduates, faculty and friends of Chicago Teachers College (CTC) South and North. The event was sponsored by the Northeastern Illinois University Alumni Association and was held on the University’s main campus at 5500 N. St. Louis Avenue in Chicago. The event included breakfast and lunch, campus tours, displays of memorabilia and a formal program to honor CTC alums. The Parker High School Alumni Association Luncheon

The Parker High School Alumni Association hosted the 15th Annual "After Fiftieth" Luncheon on Sunday, September 26, 2010, at the Lexington House in Hickory Hills, Illinois, from noon until 4:00 pm. In mid-July, the invitation/reservation forms were sent to the current mailing list of classmates who graduated in 1932 through 1959.
It was anticipated that there would be approximately 400 people at this annual event. Beginning at noon, prior to the luncheon, class photos were taken of the anniversary classes from 1940, (70th); 1945 (65th); 1950 (60th); and 1955 (55th). In addition, all attendees from the 1930's decade were photographed as well.
The cost for this event was $25.00 per person and each class was be assigned a table or tables according to the number of reservations received prior to the deadline date, September 10, 2010. There was a band to supply the listening pleasure of old favorites and a short program, but basically, this was viewed as an opportunity to see former classmates and enjoy the camaraderie and remembrances of days past.

Kanoon All Graduates Reunion

We had a reunion which was first to be a 25 year reunion for all graduates from 1984 on, but the rest of us wouldn't have it. There were only two more graduating classes before this and all of us were included. So the reunion was for all graduates that ever graduated from Kanoon during its history.
A lot of students had been talking with each other on facebook, and asked about their former teachers at Kanoon; several were mentioned. I am aware that several have retired since I graduated-as far as I know that is Ms. Patricia Williams, Ms. Gretchen Mobley, and probably Mr. Joseph Rodriguez. Gretchen Mobley taught before Kanoon school at Robert Burns because I had her for 4th grade there.
Monday, November 16, 2009 at Polonia Banquets Donation $50.00 includes Dinner, Open Bar, Entertainment and 1 share to be used to purchase Mobile Laptops. For info please contact Becky Gomez -773-534-1738. Only 25 alumni from each year, will be able to participate. Tickets were available at Kanoon Magnet School.
The evening started at 6pm. Call the school for more info. You can also join the Kanoon School Alumni Group to see students who have graduated or attended Kanoon School. Former students as far back as 1981's graduating class attended the reunion on Nov. 16th.

This summer there will be a luncheon reunion for all retired Center Directors in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Driver Education program in the Chicago Public Schools.
